The apartment is nice, but smaller than our last one in Indiana, so we're taking our time finding a place for everything. Our neighbors have been friendly, and the area has shopping that is close by, and a great park across the street where we can walk when it's not freezing out! : )

I couldn’t ask for a better maintenance team or property managers for my apartment complex. If things need fixing they are quick to fix and makes things right. If you have a question just ask the managers. If they don’t have an answer, they will find the right one for you. That’s why I renewed my lease for another year.. Thanks Team Park Terrace!!

Just moved here but I enjoy the area, very clean and quiet. Nice living space for starters and the staff is very nice, any issues are resolved quickly. I like that it’s pet friendly. My cats love it here

I like the grounds and the pool. I like how when you have an issue;.. the maintenance cames quickly . i like that they dont have doors hanging off and the trash is picked up and the place is clean
